By accessing or using the NetStudioHub website, services, or products — including NSH Sticky Add to Cart — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website, services, or products.

NetStudioHub LLC ("NetStudioHub," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company that provides web development services, Shopify-related development services, and digital products, including software and applications. NetStudioHub is not a marketplace — we do not operate a platform where third parties sell products to you.

This website is an informational resource presenting NetStudioHub's company information, services, products, work/portfolio information, resources and documentation, and contact information. The website itself does not process purchases or payments, and does not include a shopping cart, checkout system, stored payment details, or customer account registration.

NetStudioHub provides professional services, including Shopify Development, Shopify App Development, Shopify Theme Development, Web Development, and other services described on this website. A services engagement may involve project discussions, requirements, scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, and your responsibilities as a client.

Individual engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement between you and NetStudioHub, which will govern to the extent it conflicts with these general Terms.

NetStudioHub also designs and offers digital products — such as software, applications, themes, templates, and other digital products, where applicable. This website may showcase these products, but purchasing, installing, or licensing a product may occur through an applicable external marketplace or platform (for example, the Shopify App Store, the Shopify Theme Store, or Envato/ThemeForest), where relevant to that specific product.

Not every NetStudioHub product is available on every marketplace, and we do not guarantee availability on any particular marketplace.

NSH Sticky Add to Cart is a Shopify application developed by NetStudioHub that provides a persistent, configurable add-to-cart bar for a merchant's Shopify storefront. Use of NSH Sticky Add to Cart is subject to these Terms as well as applicable Shopify requirements and policies.

Shopify remains the underlying commerce and platform provider for your store — NetStudioHub does not operate or control your Shopify store. As a merchant, you are responsible for your Shopify store, the products, content, and configurations you maintain, your relationship with your customers, and your compliance with applicable laws and Shopify's own policies. You must have the necessary rights and authorization to install and use the app on your store.

Where NSH Sticky Add to Cart offers a paid plan, subscriptions are billed and managed through Shopify's own billing system as part of your Shopify account, and are subject to Shopify's billing terms. NetStudioHub is not responsible for your independent business operations, your Shopify account, or your relationship with your own customers.

Some NetStudioHub products and services integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, including Shopify. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms, policies, and agreements, which are separate from these Terms. NetStudioHub does not control Shopify or any other third-party platform, and we are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of those platforms. Nothing in these Terms claims an official Shopify partnership, certification, or affiliation.

This website does not currently require you to create a NetStudioHub account to browse it. For NSH Sticky Add to Cart, access to the app is authenticated through Shopify's own merchant authentication process when you install the app on your Shopify store — this is Shopify-managed authentication, separate from any NetStudioHub website account.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of information you provide to us;
• any content you upload or provide in connection with our services or products;
• ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any materials you supply to us;
• your own business operations;
• your Shopify account and store, where applicable;
• the configurations you choose within our products; and
• ensuring your use of NetStudioHub's products and services complies with applicable law.

You must not:

• use our website, services, or products unlawfully;
• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data;
• interfere with or disrupt our website, services, or products;
• abuse or exploit our software beyond its intended purpose;
• reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections, except where prohibited from being restricted by applicable law;
• distribute malicious code through our services or products; or
• use our services or products to violate Shopify's or any applicable marketplace's policies.

NetStudioHub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in NetStudioHub's branding, website design and content, software, applications, themes and templates, documentation, and other original digital materials, except as otherwise agreed in writing. We do not claim ownership of materials you own and provide to us.

For service engagements, ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable written agreement between NetStudioHub and the client.

NetStudioHub's website does not directly process payments. For services, pricing, payment terms, deposits, milestones, and deliverables are defined by the applicable project agreement, proposal, or invoice for that engagement. For products distributed through an external marketplace or billed through Shopify (see "NSH Sticky Add to Cart" above), payment and transaction terms are handled by that marketplace or platform and are subject to its own terms.

Where our products or services depend on a third-party platform such as Shopify, or where a product is distributed through an external marketplace, that third party's own terms and policies also apply to your use of that platform or marketplace. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party platforms or marketplaces.

Our website, services, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the website, services, or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly where availability depends on a third-party platform such as Shopify that is outside our control. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NetStudioHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold NetStudioHub harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of our services or products, your infringement of a third party's rights, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our services or products.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, services, or products where reasonably necessary — for example, in response to a violation of these Terms, unlawful or abusive use, security concerns, or misuse of a service or product. For NSH Sticky Add to Cart, Shopify's own platform policies and app lifecycle (including uninstallation) may also affect your access to the app.

We may update our website, improve our products, modify features, or discontinue a product or service where necessary. For paid services or existing contractual engagements, any such changes remain subject to the applicable written agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provisions applicable to a particular service or project may also be set out in the applicable written agreement. Disputes arising from a specific services engagement are addressed under the terms of that engagement's written agreement where one exists.
