Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NetStudioHub LLC ("NetStudioHub," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our website, products, services, and applications, including the NSH Sticky Add to Cart Shopify application. This policy only describes practices that reflect how our website and applications actually operate.

This Privacy Policy is the master privacy policy for:

• The NetStudioHub website, where we present our services, digital products, and company information.
• NSH Sticky Add to Cart, our Shopify application that adds a persistent, configurable add-to-cart bar to a merchant's product pages.
• Other NetStudioHub products and services, where applicable.

Individual products may have additional or different data practices depending on how they function. Where that is the case, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices accurately, rather than assuming every product works the same way.

The information we process depends on how you interact with us — visiting this website, contacting us, or using NSH Sticky Add to Cart as a Shopify merchant. Sections 4 and 5 below describe each context separately, since they involve different information.

This website does not automatically collect personal information from visitors, and it does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. See our Cookie Policy for details.

The contact form on this website opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us — the website itself does not receive, process, or store the information you enter into the form. If you choose to send that email, the information you include (such as your name, email address, and message) is delivered to us the same as any other email, and we use it only to respond to your inquiry.

NSH Sticky Add to Cart is a Shopify application that adds a persistent, configurable add-to-cart bar to a merchant's product pages. To provide this functionality, the app processes the following categories of information:

• Store identification and authentication. When a merchant installs the app, Shopify provides the information and authorization necessary for the app to authenticate and operate on the merchant's store.
• Product and variant information. The app accesses product and variant information from your store — such as titles, images, prices, and availability — solely to display and operate the sticky add-to-cart bar. The app does not access order, customer, or payment information from your store.
• App configuration. Settings you choose for the sticky bar's appearance and behavior (such as position, colors, and button text) are saved so the app remembers your preferences.
• Language and translation settings. If you configure the app for multiple languages, your language settings and the translated text you enter are saved.
• Aggregate usage analytics. See "Analytics and Tracking" below.
• App notifications. The app may generate notifications about your app's configuration or status (for example, if a required theme setting is inactive), shown to you within the app.
• Subscription/billing status. If you choose a paid plan, your subscription is managed directly through Shopify's own Billing API — NetStudioHub does not receive or store your payment card details.

NSH Sticky Add to Cart does not intentionally collect or store your customers' personal information — such as their name, email address, phone number, or postal/shipping address — in the course of providing the sticky add-to-cart feature.

We use the information described above to:

• authenticate your store and operate the app
• provide and maintain the sticky add-to-cart functionality you've configured
• remember your app settings, appearance, and language preferences
• provide aggregate analytics about how the sticky bar is being used on your store
• notify you of relevant app or configuration events
• respond to support requests
• maintain the security and reliability of the app
• comply with Shopify's platform requirements and applicable law

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information described above for third-party advertising.

NSH Sticky Add to Cart records aggregate counts of impressions, clicks, and add-to-cart interactions with the sticky bar on your store, and presents this information to you as analytics within the app. These counts are stored per store and per day — the app does not create individual shopper profiles, does not track a shopper across visits or across stores, and does not use cookies or similar technology to identify individual shoppers for this purpose.

At this stage, this analytics feature does not use order, checkout, or purchase data, and does not attribute sales or revenue to the sticky bar.

Application data for NSH Sticky Add to Cart is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway, the infrastructure provider we use to run the app.

We retain this information for as long as your store has NSH Sticky Add to Cart installed, and as needed to provide the app's functionality. We do not currently apply a fixed retention period beyond this — information may also be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

The NetStudioHub website does not have its own backend database and does not store contact-form submissions (see "NetStudioHub Website" above).

NSH Sticky Add to Cart supports Shopify's mandatory privacy and compliance processes:

• Customer data requests. We maintain Shopify's required customer data request webhook and respond to requests as required. Because NSH Sticky Add to Cart does not intentionally store customer personal information, there is generally no customer data held by us to provide.
• Customer data deletion requests. We maintain Shopify's required customer data deletion webhook and respond to requests as required. Because NSH Sticky Add to Cart does not intentionally store customer personal information, there is generally no customer data held by us to delete.
• When a merchant uninstalls the app, the store's authentication session is removed at that time.
• Approximately 48 hours after uninstallation, Shopify notifies us to delete the store's data, and we delete the store's configuration, language/translation settings, analytics, notifications, and any remaining session records at that point.

NSH Sticky Add to Cart is built on the Shopify platform and depends on Shopify for store integration, authentication, app hosting within Shopify's admin, subscription billing, and webhook delivery. Shopify's own handling of your information is governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy.

The app is hosted on Railway, the infrastructure provider that runs our application and database.

Purchasing or installing a NetStudioHub product happens on the applicable external marketplace (such as the Shopify App Store), which has its own privacy policy governing that transaction. We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking service on this website or within NSH Sticky Add to Cart at this time.

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the one in which you or your store are located, depending on the location of our infrastructure and service providers. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to protect information processed in this way.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, Shopify's own authenticated request and webhook verification mechanisms, server-side access controls, and isolation of each store's data from other stores' data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information, or to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support.netstudiohub@gmail.com.

Our website and NSH Sticky Add to Cart are intended for business use by Shopify merchants and website visitors acting in a professional capacity, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If NetStudioHub is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website and products evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
